Arm Care Program

The Coop’s Arm Care Program focuses on improving the throwing pattern while increasing arm velocity. The program consists of pre & post-video analysis, radar checks, and an individual program. The individual program will include PAP Explosive Lift, Warm Up, Movement Prep, Plyo Routine, Specific Throws, & Recovery.

Cost of the Program: $275 (12 Athletes Max)

This is a 7 week 1 x week program with the following training dates:
